Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern all services provided by Green Gorilla Lawn Care ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting an estimate, approving an estimate, scheduling service, or allowing work to be performed, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an estimate request or approving an estimate through our website, email, text message, or invoicing software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
2. Scope of Services
Green Gorilla Lawn Care provides lawn mowing, landscape maintenance, aeration, overseeding, snow removal, and related outdoor services. Services will be performed as described in the approved estimate. Any additional work not listed in the estimate must be approved separately and may result in additional charges.
3. Estimates & Pricing
* All estimates are based on visible conditions at the time of estimating.
* Prices may change if site conditions differ from what was observed or disclosed.
* Seasonal or promotional pricing is subject to stated deadlines.
* Estimates are valid for a limited time unless otherwise stated.
4. Scheduling & Access
* Customers are responsible for providing clear access to the service area.
* Gates must be unlocked, pets secured, and obstacles removed prior to service.
* If we are unable to complete service due to lack of access or unsafe conditions, a trip or service fee may apply.
5. Weather Policy
Services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to rain, saturated ground, extreme heat, snow events, or other unsafe conditions. Weather delays do not constitute a breach of contract.
6. Property Conditions & Damage
* We are not responsible for damage to unmarked irrigation lines, shallow utilities, pet containment systems, or hidden objects.
* Customers must notify us of fragile items, landscape edging, low-hanging wires, or special property conditions.
* Normal wear such as tire marks or minor turf disturbance may occur.
7. Lawn Health & Results
Lawn care results are not guaranteed due to variables outside our control, including soil conditions, weather, watering practices, pests, disease, and pre-existing turf health.
8. Aeration & Overseeding Disclaimer
* Germination and turf improvement are not guaranteed.
* Customer is responsible for proper watering after service.
* Aeration plugs, seed visibility, and temporary lawn appearance are normal.
9. Snow Removal Services
* Snow accumulation thresholds and service timing are defined in the approved snow agreement.
* Ice control effectiveness varies based on weather and surface conditions.
* We are not responsible for slip-and-fall incidents occurring before, during, or after service.
10. Payment Terms
* Payment terms are stated on the invoice or estimate.
* Late payments may result in service suspension or late fees.
* Unpaid balances may be sent to collections.
11. Cancellations & Termination
* Ongoing services may be canceled with advance notice.
* Same-day cancellations may incur a fee.
* We reserve the right to terminate service for non-payment, unsafe conditions, or abusive behavior.
12. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Green Gorilla Lawn Care shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided.
13. Indemnification
Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Green Gorilla Lawn Care from claims arising from customer negligence, undisclosed hazards, or third-party actions.
14. Photos & Marketing
We may take before-and-after photos of the property for quality control and marketing purposes. No personal identifying information will be shared without consent.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
